Since childhood, I remember how my grandmother’s kitchen was always filled with the aroma of fresh baked goods and homemade soups. These fond memories became the basis of my passion for cooking. Every family has its own secrets, and I try to transfer them to my table, adding elements of different cuisines of the world - from the spices of the East to the freshness of the Mediterranean. I graduated from the faculty of Culinary Arts Management at University College Birmingham.
