  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

How to make homemade wine from grape pomace at home? Prepare the necessary ingredients. The main component of grape wine is, of course, grapes. You can take any grapes: take red and you will get red wine, white - white wine, pink - rose wine.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

There is no need to be grapes, since the berries contain bacteria necessary for fermentation. Remove the berries from the branches and place in a fermentation container.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

Mash the grapes with a masher or just with your hands. We only need the pomace, so drain the grape juice and use it in other dishes or to make your first wine. Wine made from pomace is called second. Leave the pomace in the fermentation container.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

I immediately put in wine made from two types of grapes. I prepared the dark one in the same way.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

I crushed the dark grapes using a blender, then strained. I sent the juice to prepare churchkhella, and put the cake, just like with pink grapes, in a container for fermentation.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

Dilute 700 g of sugar with water. For best fermentation, water should be unfiltered and not bottled. Pour the resulting syrup into the cake and mix.

  7. STEP 7

    STEP 7

Place a water seal on top or put on a disposable glove after making a hole in it with a needle. Place the wort in a dark place and store at a temperature of 20 to 26 degrees. When fermentation begins, the glove will inflate. Stir the contents of the container every day using a stick, simply with your hands or turning the jar in different directions.

  8. STEP 8

    STEP 8

After 12-15 days, when the glove comes down, strain the resulting wort and squeeze out the cake.

  9. STEP 9

    STEP 9

I also strained the black cake.

  10. STEP 10

    STEP 10

Pour the wort into another container, add the remaining sugar and repeat the procedure with the glove. Again, wait until the end of fermentation, when the glove falls off and sediment appears below.

  11. STEP 11

    STEP 11

Carefully pour the wine into bottles, being careful not to let any sediment get into the bottle. You can use a special tube from a medical IV.

  12. STEP 12

    STEP 12

Seal the bottles of wine well and put them in a cool place with a temperature below 16 degrees for at least a month, and preferably 2-3. Do not allow air into the bottles, otherwise the wine will turn into vinegar. The finished wine can be stored for up to five years. The strength of the drink is about 13-15 degrees.

  13. STEP 13

    STEP 13

This is the wine made from pink grapes.

  14. STEP 14

    STEP 14

And this is red wine. The second wine turned out to be not very rich in color, because... I prepared it only from grape pomace, without grape juice, especially with the addition of water. The strength of the finished wine is about 15 degrees. It is dessert and I would call it semi-sweet. Observe moderation when drinking alcohol! Enjoy your tasting!
