Curd lavash rolls with shrimp are prepared quickly and eaten even faster. I decided to make these rolls for an evening snack. I added dill on my own. My shrimp were very small, so I put twice as many of them. The first roll was eaten instantly. I made another one, and it didn’t stay on the plate for long. The third time, when the family asked for more and the cream cheese was gone, we had to look for a way out. I took 50 grams of regular cottage cheese, added a teaspoon of sour cream, dill, salt, pepper and mixed it all in a blender. It turned out just as delicious as with cream cheese. These rolls are a great option for both a snack and breakfast. And I’m sure they’ll be perfect for the holiday table. Thank you very much for the wonderful, tasty and simple recipe!

A very simple and tasty recipe. Instead of shrimp, you can use chopped boiled meat, such as grilled chicken.
