    For baking, take any heat-resistant form. I have a ceramic one. Place the pickled onions in an even layer along the bottom of the baking dish.

    Place chicken on top. Cover the pan with foil and place in the oven, preheated to 190 degrees for 30-40 minutes. Then remove the sheet of foil and leave the chicken to cook in the oven for another 30-40 minutes. During this time it will have time to brown.

The legs turned out amazingly delicious! Very tender and soft, juicy and delicious! I decided to cook chicken legs and found the recipe “chicken with onions in the oven” through a search. I reduced the amount of ingredients using the site’s calculator, which is very convenient. I cooked the legs in the oven in sour cream, but without onions for my own reasons. I marinated the legs in 15% fat sour cream with the addition of chicken seasoning and salt. I baked the legs in sour cream in the oven without foil for 30 minutes at 180 C. I served the fragrant legs for dinner with a vegetable salad. Indeed, this is a very simple chicken recipe with a minimum amount of ingredients. I spent 10 minutes cooking, which is good news! I scoop the chicken (any parts) with a fork and place it in a mixture of onion, pepper and sugar (1 full teaspoon) in the refrigerator overnight. In the morning you can put it in a baking tray and pour sour cream on it. Everyone really likes it.
