As a schoolgirl, I tried it at a friend’s house and liked it so much that after a while I decided to cook it. It seemed so easy to prepare that I didn’t even consider it necessary to ask how to prepare it. Well, I prepared it and, while waiting for my parents, I already took a sample. It’s good that they quickly came and called an ambulance, I could only move along the wall... I couldn’t imagine such severe poisoning. As it turned out, I missed a very important step: pre-boil the mushrooms, drain this water and rinse the mushrooms, and prepare the soup with fresh water! What kind of science was this to me in relation to mushrooms? Then I didn’t eat for almost a week, and only drank water with caution. But I instantly learned to cook and not to neglect recipes, and I still love this soup..
