    For the curd filling, mix all the ingredients and mash thoroughly with a fork. (It is better not to use a blender so as not to “liquefy” the filling.)

    Divide the chilled dough into 9 parts.

I’ve never made sochniki before. For my first time, I chose your recipe and have never regretted it. The sochniki turned out much tastier than store-bought ones, the children were delighted. Thank you very much for such a delicious recipe)
