Simple milk buns with dry yeast
Extraordinarily delicious buns! Be sure to try cooking it.
Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

Prepare the necessary products
STEP 2

Dissolve yeast and sugar in 100 ml of warm milk. Leave for 10-15 minutes until foam appears.
STEP 3

Add flour, salt, remaining milk, eggs, butter (or fat) and knead into a smooth dough. Place in a deep bowl, cover with cling film and leave in a warm place until doubled in size, about 1 hour.
STEP 4

Knead the finished dough, divide into 15 parts, place in a parchment-lined (or greased) form (I have 35*25), leave for 30 minutes, covered with a towel. Grease the risen buns with yolk and bake in the oven preheated to 180C for 25-30 minutes.
STEP 5
