  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

How to make a simple omelet from eggs and milk? Prepare your food. Take larger eggs, preferably homemade, or at least CO. These eggs are not only large, but also usually have a brightly colored yolk, so the omelet will turn out a beautiful rich color. Milk is suitable for any fat content.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

Wash the eggs well. Carefully break them into a bowl.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

Mix the eggs with a fork or whisk.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

Lightly salt the omelette mixture. I have regular sea salt, but it can also be salt with different additives. In addition to salt, you can also add your other favorite herbs or seasonings: ground pepper, dried dill and garlic, paprika, suneli hops. Or maybe you prefer a heartier omelette and add pieces of bacon, chicken, tomatoes and sweet peppers. Fresh herbs would also be quite appropriate. Wash it first, dry it and chop it finely.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

Pour milk into the egg mixture. It is not at all necessary to measure milliliters of milk. It is believed that for each egg in an omelet you need to add the amount of milk that fits into half the egg shell. So you can completely use the shell.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

Stir the omelette mixture until smooth.

  7. STEP 7

    STEP 7

Grease the pan in which you will cook the omelette with oil. It can be any vegetable for frying or melted butter. Take a frying pan with a heat-resistant coating. I have a cast iron frying pan - it is suitable for all types of dishes. Ceramic-coated cookware also works well. Heat a frying pan well with oil.

  8. STEP 8

    STEP 8

Pour the omelette mixture into the pan. Cook over low heat (the omelette burns very quickly!) If the omelette is not cooked through in the middle, cover the pan with a lid. The omelet will be ready when there are no liquid areas left in the entire egg mass.

  9. STEP 9

    STEP 9

Serve the omelet hot. Bon appetit!

I prepared a simple omelette from eggs and milk in a frying pan according to this recipe. I took homemade eggs. Mixed eggs with salt with a fork. Pour in the milk and stir. Melt butter in a frying pan. I poured the egg-milk mixture into the frying pan and cooked over low heat, covered, for about 7 minutes. The omelette was perfectly cooked and did not stick to the frying pan. The aroma is great. I laid out the hot omelette on plates, lightly peppered it and sprinkled it with chopped green onions, and served it with a glass of tomato juice. The breakfast was very tasty. The omelet is tender, light, with a creamy taste, just melts in your mouth. Amazing omelette! I’ll make it again tomorrow and recommend it to everyone) Many thanks to the author 😊
