STEP 1

How to very simply and fairly quickly prepare Siberian dumplings with spinach and mixed minced meat, which, without any doubt, will appeal to many and will pleasantly surprise you with their excellent taste? First of all, prepare the necessary ingredients with spices to prepare a hearty homemade dish from the perfect dough with spinach and minced meat.
STEP 2

To prepare the dough, take a blender mug and put fifty grams of fresh spinach leaves into it, then pour two hundred milliliters of boiled water into it and blend the spinach for two minutes until smooth.
STEP 3

Take a large bowl and pour the liquid spinach base into it, then pour one teaspoon of salt into it and add one tablespoon of vegetable oil.
STEP 4

Break one chicken egg into a bowl with a liquid base and pour into it five hundred grams of premium wheat flour, previously sifted through a fine sieve.
STEP 5

Mix all the ingredients well in a bowl and knead the dough, after which we place the homogeneous and required consistency dough in a plastic bag for thirty minutes.
STEP 6

Take a meat grinder with a large wire rack and a deep bowl, then grind five hundred grams of chopped pork and beef through it into the bowl, alternating with two onions and three cloves of garlic.
STEP 7

Add salt, ground black pepper, coriander, three tablespoons of vegetable oil to the bowl with minced meat to taste and mix all the ingredients together with your hands, then set the bowl aside and let the cooked minced meat brew for fifteen minutes.
STEP 8

After time has passed, place the dough on a table sprinkled with a small amount of wheat flour and divide into four parts, then roll out each part of the dough in turn to a thin cake about one millimeter thick.
STEP 9

Take a mold of a suitable diameter and cut the prepared flat cakes into pieces, then mix the infused minced meat and place one teaspoon on the workpiece.
STEP 10

Well mold the edges of the pieces with meat filling and form dumplings; according to our recipe, two hundred and fifty dumplings are obtained, which are then placed on a baking sheet sprinkled with a small amount of wheat flour.
STEP 11

Take a suitable pan and place it on the switched on stove, then pour the required amount of boiling water into it, add salt to taste, add bay leaf, vegetable oil, lay out the required number of dumplings and bring the stove to a boil at high temperature.
STEP 12

As soon as the dumplings float to the surface in a pan of boiling water, boil them at medium heat on the stove for two to three minutes until fully cooked.
STEP 13

Place the prepared Siberian dumplings with spinach and mixed minced meat on portioned plates and serve.
