STEP 1
How to quickly and easily prepare a rich shurpa soup with lamb meat and vegetables with spices, which many will definitely like for its excellent taste? First of all, we prepare the necessary products with spices to prepare a wonderful hearty dish of Uzbek cuisine.
STEP 2
To prepare the dish, take a three-liter saucepan and place it on the stove, then pour three tablespoons of vegetable oil into it and heat it for two minutes over high heat on the stove.

Cut six hundred grams of lamb, which can be replaced with beef, into small portions and place in a deep bowl.

Place the meat, cut into portions, into a pan with heated oil and fry it on all sides until golden brown over high heat on the stove.

Cut one large onion into half rings, then place the onion in a pan with meat and fry it until transparent.

Cut one medium carrot into small random pieces and place it in a common pan.

Mix all the ingredients well in the pan and continue cooking the meat and vegetables over high heat on the stove.

Pour one liter of two hundred milliliters of boiled water into a common pan, then cover the pan with a lid and bring the broth to a boil over high heat on the stove.

Collect the foam that has formed from the broth boiling in the pan, then cover it with a lid and continue cooking on low heat for forty to fifty minutes until the meat is completely cooked.

After a while, place four fairly large and pre-peeled potatoes, cut in half, into a common pan, then cover the pan with a lid, bring the broth to a boil and cook the potatoes for twenty minutes over high heat on the stove.
STEP 11
Cut two preferably red bell peppers into fairly large pieces and place them in a common pan.
STEP 12
Take one large tomato and peel it, then cut it into small slices and place in a common pan.
STEP 13
Cover the pan with a lid and bring the vegetables and meat to a boil.
STEP 14
Take a mortar and pour into it half a teaspoon of hops-suneli, half a teaspoon of coriander, cumin to taste and knead the spices well with a pestle.
STEP 15
Pour salt and spices from a mortar into a pan with boiling soup to taste.
STEP 16
Add a bay leaf to the pan to taste and three large cloves of garlic, which you pass through a press.
STEP 17
Mix all the ingredients together well in the pan, then continue cooking the soup for five minutes and pour a mixture of ground red and black pepper into the pan to taste.
STEP 18
Pour the prepared rich and nutritious shurpa soup into portioned bowls, then add finely chopped herbs to taste and serve.
