STEP 1
How to make shrimp with tomato paste and garlic in a frying pan? Very simple and fast! To begin, prepare the necessary ingredients according to the list. You can replace king prawns with any other type of shrimp to your taste. For example, larger Argentine ones. You can replace the tomato paste with tomato sauce or ketchup. If you wish, you can add spices to the dish to your liking. Any vegetable oil will do, I used sunflower oil.
STEP 2

STEP 3
Peel the ginger root and cut into thin slices. Please note that ginger will add spice to the dish. Therefore, if you want a less spicy dish, you don’t have to add ginger.
STEP 4
Peel the garlic cloves and cut into slices.
STEP 5
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add shrimp and fry, stirring, for about 3 minutes. During the frying process, lightly salt the seafood. However, keep in mind that a little later you need to add soy sauce and fairly salty tomato paste. Therefore, try not to oversalt the dish. STEP 6
Add soy sauce, tomato paste, ginger and chopped garlic cloves to the pan.
STEP 7
Simmer, stirring, over low heat for another 3-5 minutes until a bright aroma of garlic appears.
