Shortbread pie with apples and raisins

Try a pie made from aromatic shortcrust pastry with apple filling! The dough for such a closed pie has a delicate orange note due to the orange zest included in its composition. The filling can be made differently. It can be any fruit and (or) dried fruit, cottage cheese with vanilla or jam. Everything is at your discretion.
