STEP 1
In a separate bowl, mix flour, starch and salt. If you want, add cinnamon. In another bowl, mix honey, syrup, vegetable oil, beat well. Combine both masses, knead the dough, roll it into a thin layer on the work surface. Use a special bear-shaped shape to cut out figures from the dough.
STEP 2
It’s better to do this right away on greased parchment. Decorate the eyes and nose for the bears. And put a nut on everyone’s belly. You can also make a small round tail on the “butt” of the bears, but this is not necessary.
STEP 3
Using your fingers, carefully wrap the bear's paws so that he "holds" the nut.
STEP 4
You will have some of the bears with almonds, and some with cashews.
STEP 5
Preheat the oven to 160C and bake for 10 minutes. If you want rosy bears, bake for another 150C for about 10-15 minutes.
STEP 6
These are such wonderful bears. It is interesting to sculpt bears with children - they can help bend their paws))) The cookies turn out small, very tasty, crumbly. After baking, the ears, eyes and nose can be painted with melted chocolate, but this is also not necessary.
