Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

Preparing the ingredients. Powdered sugar must be sifted through a fine nylon sieve. We break the chocolate into slices.
STEP 2

Place cream, butter, marshmallows, chocolate in a bowl and place in a water bath. Stir.
STEP 3

The ingredients must be completely melted. Do not bring to a boil!
STEP 4

Let the mixture cool slightly and stir in the sifted powdered sugar with a spoon.
STEP 5

The mastic will be a little sticky.
STEP 6

Wrap it in film and put it in the refrigerator for several hours, or better yet for a day.
STEP 7

This mastic is also suitable for sculpting flowers, figures and covering cakes. This cake is completely decorated with chocolate (except for beads and lace).
