excellent recipe, I also cook fish, but I just take the fillet right away, it speeds up the cooking process and instead of sour cream I add a spoonful of olive oil, it’s very tasty

Thank you so much for the recipe! Now I’m devouring the fish and decided to thank the author. Only I also added carrots for juiciness and did not peel the potatoes and carrots, fortunately the young ones were already gone.
