Today for breakfast I fried eggs and sausage in a frying pan. How delicious it is! After the feast, I was left with an assortment of sausages: boiled and half-smoked sausage, meat balyk. I cut them into pieces and fried them. If the sausage is fatty, then the amount of oil should be reduced. Then I spread the sausage and beat in the eggs. I added just a little salt, because the sausage is also salty. Fry for 5 minutes over low heat until the whites set and the yolk remains runny. This is the most delicious thing - dipping pieces of fresh bread into the spreading yolk! Very tasty, aromatic and filling breakfast!
