STEP 1

STEP 2
Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan and heat it over heat. Cut the boiled sausage into slices about one centimeter thick. If desired, boiled sausage can be cut into small cubes; this option is more suitable if you will be scrambling chicken eggs for scrambled eggs. STEP 3
Place sausage slices on heated vegetable oil. Fry the sausage over medium heat until browned on one side.

Then turn the sausage slices over and fry them until golden brown on the other side.

Crack the eggs into the pan on both sides of the sausage so that the white covers the sausage a little. But you don’t need to pour the egg completely onto the sausage, otherwise it won’t cook through, and the sausage underneath may burn. Salt and pepper the eggs on top to taste. Fry the scrambled eggs over low heat until the yolk is well cooked, but the white does not burn. If the frying pan has a lid, then at the end of frying it can be covered with a lid for better frying of the egg yolk.
STEP 6
