To prepare sandwiches, take the following products: bread (I use a French baguette with dill and garlic), hard cheese, boiled sausage (in this case, veal sausage with pistachios), tomato for juiciness, mayonnaise.
STEP 2
Cut the baguette into thin slices. This is convenient to do with a knife-file for bread and cheese.

Cut the ripe juicy tomato into thin slices.

Also cut the sausage into thin, elastic slices.

You can also thinly slice the hard cheese with the same knife or grate it on a coarse grater - whatever is more convenient for you. It’s more convenient for me to take slices of cheese.

Now start assembling the sandwiches: spread the pieces of bread with mayonnaise (use high-quality mayonnaise from a reliable manufacturer or make your own).
STEP 7
Place slices of sausage on mayonnaise.
STEP 8
Now place bright tomatoes on the sausage.
STEP 9
And cover with slices of cheese; there should not be enough cheese - after all, it will melt and retain the juiciness of the sandwich components.
STEP 10
Place the sandwiches on parchment in a baking dish and place in an oven preheated to 180 degrees.
STEP 11
Bake the sandwiches in the oven with the sausage and cheese until the cheese is melted and the bread is generally browned.
STEP 12
Do not serve sandwiches in the oven with sausage and cheese right away - let them cool a little, it is very easy to get burned with such sandwiches: the high temperature under the cheese crust lasts for quite a long time, especially do not serve such sandwiches to children right away, be sure to check their hotness, you can even slightly cut the cheese shell for the child .
