STEP 1

Chop the onion, tomato, and herbs into very small cubes. Chop the mango a little larger. I wash and clean hot peppers only with medical gloves, it is advisable to cover the plate with film, it is too hot. I take it from the nails of my little finger, cut it very finely and put it straight into a deep salad bowl.
STEP 3
Add all the cuttings, a pinch of salt, ground black pepper, and a little honey. Season with 2 tsp. lemon juice and 1 tbsp. olive oil, mix carefully and refrigerate for 10-15 minutes. That's it, the sauce is ready!
STEP 4
It is very good to serve with any meat. Adjust the spiciness to taste.
STEP 5
This time we had baked wings. The taste of the sauce is sweet, sour and spicy at the same time as the pleasant juiciness of the vegetables and the sweetness of the mango.
