Salmon kebab

Amazing idea for outdoor recreation! Delicious! As you know, Norway is famous for its endless supplies of red fish. In this country, everyone eats fish and with great pleasure. In the summer, my husband and my parents managed to go on vacation to this wonderful country. My mother and I, as true lovers of all things waterfowl, tried a huge number of dishes that were served to us in the hotel and various restaurants. But we developed a special love for a seemingly simple food - Norwegian salmon kebab. Upon arrival home, the first thing we did was go to the dacha to try to cook this wonderful snack ourselves. So, I am sharing with you a culinary recipe for salmon kebab.

Thanks for the recipe. Very delicate taste - just melts in your mouth. Salmon skewers can be served, for example, with fried potatoes, tomatoes, or garnished with parsley or dill. If desired, lightly add salt and ground black pepper.

A great option for fish lovers! Salmon is a very fatty fish; if you sprinkle the kebab with lemon juice during cooking, the taste of the fish oil will not be so pronounced. And I took olive oil for frying - our family just loves it very much. It cooks faster than meat and is very tasty and healthy! Thank you for giving me a great idea for a picnic.
