Considering that I had almost all the ingredients at home, I decided to cook it for dinner. I ate the salad as a complete and independent dish, and my husband ate it as a side dish for chicken. Thank you for the detailed description of each step, I prepared it exactly according to the instructions. But I replaced the green peas, due to the lack of them at that time, with fresh cucumbers and added purple onions; we love onions in salads. It seems to me that the salad only benefited from this. Crispy cucumbers make great friends with cabbage, onions and sausages. Sausages are the highlight of the salad, they should be tasty, I chose already boiled, semi-smoked ones with a tasty crust to make the salad more piquant. To make it healthier, I put a spoonful of flax seeds in the salad, but to spice up the salad, I added khmeli-suneli seasoning.
