I prepared a salad with red fish, cucumber and cheese according to this recipe. For the salad I chose marble cheese, homemade eggs, fresh cucumber and lightly salted salmon. I also added finely chopped purple onion. I chopped the salmon finely, and the cucumber too. I divided the hard-boiled eggs into whites and yolks. I grated the yolks, cheese and whites on a medium grater into separate plates. I prepared the salad in portions. I made one portion in a ring from a plastic bottle, collected the second portion in a vessel for work) I laid all the crushed ingredients in layers as described in the recipe and greased with a thin layer of mayonnaise. I placed the onion on the red fish, and made the top layer from grated cheese. Garnished with red caviar, there was a teaspoon left) This is a stunningly beautiful and very tasty salad. The cucumber crunches nicely along with the onion. Salmon goes perfectly with all products. The whites and yolks added airiness and tenderness to the salad. Cheese perfectly complements this whole story. In general, it’s difficult to tear yourself away from this madness of tastes. Gorgeous salad! Many thanks to the author!
