STEP 1

How to make a salad with Korean carrots, sausage and beans? Prepare your food. Take softer smoked sausage, such as cervelat or Moscow. Raw smoked will be too hard. Choose beans without adding sauces, natural ones. You can take canned or cook it yourself. The same applies to Korean carrots and crackers. Crackers made from rye bread are better suited.
STEP 2

Remove the casing from the sausage. Cut it into pieces. The size and shape of the pieces may vary. I usually focus on the croutons that I add to the salad. If they are square, then I cut all the ingredients into cubes, if they are long, into strips. When cut this way, the salad will look more beautiful and neat.
STEP 3

Use the same principle to cut the cucumbers. Be sure to try to see if they are bitter - such fruits will ruin the taste of the entire dish. The skin, if it is not rough, not damaged and not bitter, does not need to be cut off from cucumbers. Since my croutons are in cubes, I cut the cucumbers in the same way.
STEP 4

Place sausage and cucumbers in a salad bowl. Drain the liquid from the beans; I also rinsed them under running water. Add beans to salad. STEP 5

Season the salad with Korean carrots, sausage, cucumbers, croutons and beans with mayonnaise and serve immediately. This is important because the crackers may become soggy and lose their crispness.
