    Wash the cucumbers well and cut off the ends. Be sure to taste them - bitter fruits will ruin the whole salad. If the skin is not thick, you don’t have to cut it off. But for old fruits it is better to cut it off. Cut the prepared cucumbers into strips.

    Remove the casing from the sausage. Cut it into the same strips as cucumbers.

If you use store-bought ones, pay attention to their taste so that it is in harmony with other products in the salad. You can also add a minced clove of garlic, I did not add it.

I made a salad with Korean carrots and croutons for lunch. I prepared Korean carrots the day before. I made croutons from rye bread, cutting it up and drying it in the oven.
