STEP 1
How to make a salad with fresh spinach, cheese and egg? The spinach is fresh, it is better to take young leaves and without signs of disease. Pickled cheese, I take suluguni, you can replace it with mozzarella or another cheese from this category. The eggs will first need to be boiled until tender and cooled. STEP 2
Rinse the spinach in running water for a few minutes. Dry in a colander or on a towel. Pluck leaves from stems (or leave as desired). Leave small leaves whole; large ones can be torn into pieces, but do not cut them, they may darken.

Season the salad with salt and pepper to taste, add sour cream to the salad and stir. If desired, you can add lemon juice and mix as well.

Serve the salad immediately after preparation. For a balanced diet, the salad can be served as an independent dish.
