STEP 1
How to make a salad with cottage cheese? Prepare your ingredients. We will need: cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, olives, soft cheese, salad greens (arugula, parsley, radiccio, etc.), vegetable oil (I used sunflower), ground black pepper and salt.
STEP 2
Cut the cucumbers into half rings or circles.
STEP 3
Cut the cheese into small slices.
STEP 4
Cut cherry tomatoes in half.
STEP 5
Wash and dry the greens.
STEP 6
Place salad greens on a plate. Distribute cucumbers, tomatoes, olives and cheese on top.
STEP 7
Season the salad with sunflower oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
STEP 8
