    How to make a salad with chicken, cucumber and egg? Prepare your food. You can take chicken fillet either fresh, already cooked, boiled or baked, like mine. You will also need boiled eggs. It’s better to take a juicier salad, like Iceberg or Friese.

    I used baked fillet. How to bake fillet? Wash the meat and dry it well. Salt it well on all sides, you can also coat it with any spices (I used paprika). Wrap the fillet in foil and place in a baking dish. Bake in the oven at 180°C for 35-40 minutes, depending on the size of the piece. Cool the finished fillet and cut into cubes.

    Wash the cucumber, dry it and cut into rings. Be sure to try it to see if it’s bitter - such a fruit will ruin the whole salad. The skin of a cucumber, if it is not rough, does not need to be cut off.

    Boil the eggs first. How to hard boil eggs? To prevent eggs from cracking during cooking, place them in cold water and cook over low heat. Boil the eggs for 9 minutes after boiling, then cover with cold water and cool. The shell will be better cleaned from a sharp temperature change. Cut the peeled eggs into rings.

    Wash the salad and separate into leaves. Place them on paper towels and dry thoroughly - excess moisture will make the finished dish unappetizing.

    Take a flat plate. Use your hands to tear the lettuce leaves onto it. It is important to do this with your hands; contact with a knife causes the salad to oxidize and wither faster.

    Place chopped chicken fillet on top.

    Then add cucumber and egg slices. You can also add chopped red onion to the salad.

    Season the salad with mayonnaise. Do this just before serving, otherwise the vegetables will release juice and the greens will quickly wilt. Bon appetit!

I love these salads - simple, filling and delicious! I like a similar recipe with almost the same ingredients. Cucumbers can be taken fresh or pickled.

Wonderful simple and tasty salad with chicken, cucumber and egg. My husband started running circles around me from the moment I opened a jar of homemade pickled cucumbers, saying, “This must be delicious.” It’s good that there are only a few ingredients, and I chopped them up quickly, otherwise it would have strangled me like a python, narrowing the circles. I had the chicken breast pre-baked in the oven with spices; I marinated the onion a little while I was chopping everything else. I didn’t think there was enough cheese in the recipe, so I grated more, we love cheese. The salad is very tasty, not hackneyed, for us, the taste is balanced, not heavy, but also satisfying. For dinner I decided to make a salad with chicken, cucumber and egg. Moreover, there were boiled eggs and chicken breast (also boiled) in the refrigerator. I prepared the salad in just a few minutes.
