I made a similar salad, but I didn’t dress it with mayonnaise, I made a different dressing. olive oil lemon juice a little mustard or garlic. add dill, parsley, mix everything and pour - for some reason I think that this dressing is more useful than mayonnaise. When my daughter and I were on vacation in Turkey, we were told about the usefulness of olive oil.
