Wash the cherry tomatoes and cut them in half. If you take a regular tomato, cut it into slices.

Wash the romaine lettuce leaves, dry them and cut them into squares. You can replace the romaine lettuce with other lettuce leaves.

Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Any cheese is suitable for this dish - hard, semi-hard, soft, such as mozzarella. The main thing is that it is tasty, of high quality, without milk fat substitutes.
