STEP 1
How to make tartlet salad with pineapple, chicken and cheese? Prepare all the necessary ingredients. You can use fresh pineapple instead of canned pineapple. You can make your own mayonnaise. You will find recipes for homemade mayonnaise after the last step.
STEP 2
Wash the chicken fillet and boil until tender in salted water. Place the meat in boiling water so that it does not give up all the flavor to the broth. I also added two bay leaves and allspice for a brighter taste.
STEP 3
Open the can of pineapple and drain the liquid. If you have pineapples in rings, then cut them into cubes.
STEP 4
Chop the nuts with a knife. You can pre-fry them lightly in a dry frying pan. This will make them more aromatic and with a brighter taste.
STEP 5
Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
STEP 6
Boil the eggs hard. Read about how to do this correctly in a separate article at the link at the end of the recipe. Cool the boiled eggs, peel and finely chop. You can also grate the eggs to make the salad more tender.
STEP 7
Cool the chicken meat and cut into small cubes.
STEP 8
Peel the garlic and pass through a press. You can also grate the garlic or chop it with a knife. Place the chicken pieces, pineapple cubes, grated cheese, chopped nuts, eggs and garlic in a separate bowl.
STEP 9
Add mayonnaise, salt and pepper if necessary.
STEP 10
Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
STEP 11
Fill the tartlets with the resulting mixture. Salad in tartlets with pineapple and chicken is ready, you can serve it to the table, garnished with herbs. Bon appetit!
