STEP 1

Let's prepare the ingredients. As a dressing, you can use mayonnaise or a mixture of mayonnaise and sour cream; in the second version, the salad turns out to be more interesting in taste. If you follow a healthy diet or are watching your figure, you can use unsweetened yogurt for dressing.
STEP 2

Wash chicken eggs with soap to avoid pathogenic microbes from getting into the food from the shell, put them in a saucepan, fill them with water, add a pinch of salt and boil them hard. Cook chicken eggs for about 20 minutes from the moment they boil. Then drain the hot water from the pan and immediately pour cold water over the chicken eggs, this will make it easier to peel the eggs. Peel chicken eggs and cut into cubes.

Wash fresh cucumbers and dry with a paper towel. We cut fresh cucumbers into thin slices or cubes, whichever you prefer.

Mix the salad thoroughly, let it soak and cool in the refrigerator for 15 minutes and can be served as a separate dish or addition to the main meal.
