Salad balls with cod liver in sesame
An unusual presentation of an ordinary dish.
Just make balls! These salad balls will help diversify the range of salads on your table. In addition, such a meal requires very little time.
Step-by-step preparation
Cooking time: 45 mins
STEP 1
Ingredients.
STEP 2
Boil the potatoes in salted water until tender, cool, peel, and grate.
STEP 3
Fry sesame seeds in a dry (!) frying pan.
STEP 4
Three hard-boiled eggs on a fine grater.
STEP 5
We do the same with cheese.
STEP 6
Free the cod liver from oil, mash with a fork, and combine with potatoes.
STEP 7
Add grated eggs and cheese and finely chopped herbs. Mix everything.
STEP 8
Add soy sauce and mix again.
STEP 9
From the resulting mass we form balls the size of a walnut. Roll them in toasted sesame seeds.
STEP 10
Salad balls are ready! Bon appetit!
