  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

How to make Achichuk salad? Prepare all the necessary ingredients you will need to prepare the salad. Choose tomatoes that are juicy, not fleshy and dense. This time I took 5-6 cocktail tomatoes. They are larger in size than cherry tomatoes and smaller than regular tomatoes. They have a rich sweetish taste, which made the finished salad very tasty.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

Rinse the tomatoes under running cold water. Dry them with paper towels to remove any remaining drops of water. Cut each tomato in half and remove the stem attachment points.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

Cut the tomatoes into slices, not very large. If desired, you can cut it into very thin slices. Place the pieces into a deep, suitable-sized bowl.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

Peel the onion and rinse. Also remove any remaining water using a kitchen towel or napkin. To make the salad look brighter, I used half a red onion and half a regular onion. Cut the onion into thin half rings and add to the tomatoes.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

Rinse the basil, dry and chop finely. For greens, you can use parsley, cilantro or green onions. Add herbs to all ingredients.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

Add salt to taste, pepper with ground pepper and mix thoroughly. Let it brew for about a minute or two, stir again and serve.

Very tasty in addition to meat dishes.

I made Achichuk salad according to this recipe in addition to the cutlets. Surprisingly simple and quick preparation. I chose ripe and juicy tomatoes for the salad. I took white salad onion. I didn’t add chili pepper, not everyone likes it spicy. In the absence of basil, I used fresh parsley as recommended by the author. From the spices I added ground black pepper and salt. Unusually, the salad does not need to be dressed with oil, but the tomatoes released their juice and came out in their own juice. Excellent salad, very bright, juicy and tasty. An excellent side dish for meat dishes. Next time I’ll definitely make it for a barbecue. We really liked the Achichuk salad. Simple, fast and incredibly tasty. Many thanks to the author!

I prepared an incredibly simple and very, very tasty Achichuk salad! Vegetable lovers (like me) will definitely like it. It perfectly complements pilaf and can be served, for example, with barbecue and other dishes. Since the onions are pickled, even my daughter eats them, although she usually refuses onions. In general, try it and surely Achichuk will become your favorite addition to pilaf. Thanks for the recipe!!!
