I made a roll with cheese and herbs for breakfast. I used fresh parsley for the filling. My cheese was marbled. I didn’t separate the eggs into whites and yolks, but simply beat them. Pour eggs into a heated frying pan with oil, sprinkle with grated cheese and cook covered over low heat for 5 minutes. I removed the hot egg pancake with cheese from the pan, sprinkled it with herbs and wrapped it. Then I decided to add a little sausage to the filling to make it richer, unrolled the roll, put in strips of sausage and wrapped it again. The roll lay there for a couple of minutes and I cut it into small pieces. The rolls turned out very beautiful, appetizing and tasty. Great recipe! Breakfast is hearty and bright.
