STEP 1

How to make roast pork with potatoes in a frying pan? Prepare the necessary ingredients. Defrost meat (I used pork, but you can use any), if necessary, defrost in advance. It is best if it contains a small amount of fat. Wash the potatoes and carrots and dry with napkins.
STEP 2

Peel all vegetables - onions, carrots, potatoes, and rinse in running water to remove dirt.
STEP 3

Cut the pork into small pieces of approximately the same size.
STEP 4

Pour a little vegetable oil into a hot frying pan and add the chopped meat. Fry it over high heat for a few minutes until golden brown.
STEP 5

While the meat is roasting, chop the onion and carrots. Cut the onion into cubes and grate the carrots on a coarse grater.
STEP 6

Add chopped vegetables to the fried meat. Fry everything together for about 3-4 minutes. Focus on your stove.
STEP 7

Cut the peeled potatoes into large pieces and add to the pan. Add some water and bring the contents of the pan to a boil. Cover the pan with a lid and simmer over low heat for about 20 minutes. Add a little salt and spices to taste.
STEP 8

Place the finished roast on plates and serve hot. Bon appetit!
