STEP 1

How to make rice with seafood? Prepare the necessary ingredients. Rinse the rice several times until the water is clean. Instead of sea cocktail, you can simply use shrimp or mussels. When purchasing frozen seafood, be sure to pay attention to the conditions in which they were stored and whether there is excess ice, which may indicate repeated defrosting. I took short grain rice. You can use wild rice instead of regular rice.
STEP 2

Wash the bell pepper, dry it and remove its seeds and stem. Cut the pepper into small pieces.
STEP 3

Boil the rice until tender in plenty of salted water. Place the finished rice in a sieve and let the water drain.
STEP 4

Seafood does not need to be defrosted beforehand.
STEP 5

Heat vegetable oil in a deep frying pan with a thick bottom. Add bell pepper and cook over medium heat, stirring, for 5-7 minutes. You can add frozen green peas and/or canned corn to the bell peppers. Then the dish will turn out even more satisfying and much more beautiful.
STEP 6

Add seafood to bell peppers. Add salt and pepper to taste and stir. Cover the pan with a lid and simmer the peppers and seafood for about 7 minutes.
STEP 7

Place rice in the pan. Mix everything well and remove from heat. If desired, you can pour in 50 ml of dry white wine.
STEP 8

Let the seafood and rice steep in the pan for about 10 minutes, after which the dish can be served.
