STEP 1
How to make rice with egg in Japanese? We prepare all the products we need according to the list.
STEP 2
Let's start with rice. We rinse it thoroughly in cold water about seven times until the water becomes clear. Then put the rice in a saucepan and fill it with water. Without covering the pan with a lid, put it on high heat. When the rice boils, immediately cover the pan with a lid and turn the heat to minimum. After 15 minutes, turn off the heat and do not open the lid for 10 minutes. While the rice is cooking, wash and chop a bunch of green onions
STEP 3
Then fry it in a frying pan with the addition of butter.
STEP 4
Beat eggs into a bowl.
STEP 5
mix them with a fork.
STEP 6
When the onion is lightly fried, pour the egg mixture into the pan.
STEP 7
Mix everything immediately to form small fried pieces.
STEP 8
Pour the finished rice into the frying pan with the scrambled eggs. Add soy sauce on top and mix well. Serve Japanese rice warm as a side dish, garnished with green onions.
