I found on the website a very interesting way to cook rice in foil in the oven. I used the recipe and got a wonderful side dish for meat. I took long grain rice, washed it well and put it in a hot frying pan. When the rice was a little dry, I added vegetable oil and fried until translucent. I also filled it with water 1:2. But my rice spent about an hour in the oven. By this time, the water has been absorbed and the rice has become soft and crumbly. Cooking time greatly depends on the type of rice, so you need to focus on this. My rice turned out crumbly, grain by grain. And also soaked in oil. This is a hearty and delicious side dish!
