I cooked rice in the sleeve with chicken and vegetables. This is a very successful dish, both meat and side dish. I took two glasses of rice; we always don’t have enough of it). Accordingly, I increased the amount of water and cooking time. By the way, the amount of water also depends on the type and quality of rice. If the rice is soaked in advance, less water will be needed. I didn’t take peas as a vegetable; they simply weren’t in the store. But it would be more interesting and brighter with him. I decided to add another spoonful of vegetable oil. I cut the chicken thighs into three parts and marinated them in spices and added a little soy sauce. I baked rice with chicken for 1.5 hours at 180 degrees. During this time, the water was absorbed into the rice, and the chicken pieces browned. It turned out just great! The meat is very soft, tender and tasty! The rice was soaked in meat juice and also became tasty and juicy! Thanks for the recipe!

A delicious dish, but it took twice as long, as well as an additional half liter of water. Of course, it also depends on the rice, ours didn’t give up for a long time :D thanks for sharing
