STEP 1

How to bake bread from rice flour in the oven? Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Read about the properties of wheat and rice flour in separate articles at the end of this recipe.
STEP 2

In a deep bowl, mix warm water (37-39 degrees), salt, sugar, dry yeast and 50 grams of wheat flour. Mix everything and leave in a warm place until a “cap” forms. STEP 3

Then pour in vegetable oil and stir. Add sifted rice flour and mix again. Add a glass of sifted wheat flour, mix, cover with a towel and place in a warm place for 1-1.5 hours until the dough doubles in volume.
STEP 4

Once the dough has doubled in size, add the remaining sifted flour and knead the dough. First in a bowl, and then on the table with your hands. You may need a little less or more flour, check the consistency of the dough.
STEP 5

Gather the dough into a ball. It will turn out soft and pliable. Place it in a bread pan (pre-line the pan with baking paper or grease with vegetable oil), leave at room temperature for 15-20 minutes.
STEP 6

Cut the risen dough with a sharp knife; if desired, you can moisten the surface with water for a crispier crust. Place the bread in an oven preheated to 180 degrees to bake for 40-45 minutes. STEP 7

Remove the finished homemade rice flour bread with yeast from the oven and cover with a towel. Cut the cooled bread into slices with a special serrated knife and can be served with a glass of milk, a cup of tea or coffee.
