I process the buds for pickle a little differently. 1. I practically don’t soak them, but cut them into four pieces and bring them to a boil 4-5 times, changing the water. It's faster that way. The smell, of course, is not the most pleasant, if the hood does not work well, but it turns out faster.2. I usually cook pickle soup with beef and bones, that is, bone broth or with chicken. And after cooking, I chop the kidneys finely and put them in the refrigerator. And I put them directly on the plate in portions before eating. I really love pickle soup.

Same thing with my beef broth. I noted this in the composition of the products. And I put the kidneys in the pickle immediately because in the refrigerator without liquid, by-products tend to get airy and dry out
