STEP 1

How to quite simply prepare pickle soup with beef broth with barley and pickled cucumbers, which many will definitely like for its wonderful taste? First of all, we prepare the necessary products and spices for preparing a rich and satisfying pickle with Siberian beef.
STEP 2

To prepare pickle soup, take a large saucepan and pour two and a half liters of cold water into it, then place the pan on the stove and place in it seven hundred grams of portioned beef ribs, half an onion and a piece of carrot.
STEP 3

Cover the pan with a lid, then turn on the stove to high heat and bring the water to a boil.
STEP 4

Take a frying pan and place it on the stove, then pour three to four tablespoons of vegetable oil into it and lay out the previously finely chopped onion.
STEP 5

Take a large grater and grate one carrot, then place it in a frying pan with onions.
STEP 6

Mix the vegetables together in a frying pan and fry them until the onions are transparent and the carrots are soft on a high stove temperature for about five minutes.

Remove the resulting foam from the pan with the boiling broth, then cover the pan with a lid and continue cooking the beef ribs at high heat on the stove.

Cut two pickled cucumbers into small cubes and place in a common frying pan, then stir and fry the vegetables for about two minutes.
STEP 9

Add two or three ladles of meat broth to a common frying pan, then cover the frying pan with a lid and continue to simmer the vegetables for five minutes at the lowest temperature on the stove.
STEP 10

Place one hundred and twenty grams of barley, pre-soaked for two hours, into a pan with meat broth, then cover the pan with a lid and continue cooking the beef and cereal for another forty minutes.
STEP 11

Cut four pre-peeled potatoes into small random cubes and after a while, place them in a saucepan, then cover it with a lid and bring the broth to a boil at high heat on the stove, then boil the potatoes for three minutes.
STEP 12

Cut two pickled cucumbers into small cubes, which then place in a saucepan. Remove a piece of boiled carrot and onion from the pan.
STEP 13

Place the prepared vegetable dressing from the frying pan into the pan, then mix all the ingredients and continue cooking the pickle, depending on the readiness of the potatoes, for about twenty minutes on medium heat on the stove.
STEP 14

Pour one hundred and fifty to two hundred milliliters of cucumber brine into the pan, then cover it with a lid and simmer the soup for two to three minutes on the high temperature of the stove.
STEP 15

Add two cloves of garlic passed through a press, dried herbs to taste, bay leaf, salt, a mixture of ground black and red peppers into the pan and mix all the ingredients together.
STEP 16

Cover the pan with a lid and let the pickle brew for about five to seven minutes on the stove turned off.
STEP 17

Pour the prepared rich pickle soup into portioned bowls and serve with finely chopped green onions to taste.
