Raspberry liqueur
Ingredients
Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1
Ingredients. To begin with, we only need raspberries and alcohol, but we will need sugar, water and lemon only 10 days after the start of preparation.
STEP 2
We take a raspberry and put it into the blender, if there is no blender, no problem, we take an ordinary potato masher.
STEP 3
Grind raspberries into puree.
STEP 4
Add alcohol and mix.
STEP 5
Pour the resulting mixture into a clean, dry bottle and forget about it for 10 days. The bottle and contents should be stored in a cool, dark place.
STEP 6
After 10 days, take sugar and water and cook syrup. Bring the mixture to a boil, stir vigorously at the beginning of cooking so that the sugar is completely dissolved, and cook the syrup for 5 minutes. Afterwards, let it cool completely.
STEP 7
Add the juice of half or all lemon to the cooled syrup, depending on your taste. And add it to the bottle with alcohol and raspberries. And again we send the bottle to a dark, cool place for 16 days, every day we take out the bottle and give it a little shake.
STEP 8
After 16 days we get our liquor.
STEP 9
And filter it through a fine sieve with gauze in several layers. Pour the resulting purified liquor into a clean bottle. That's it, the liqueur is ready. Store in a cool place.
