  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

Ingredients. To begin with, we only need raspberries and alcohol, but we will need sugar, water and lemon only 10 days after the start of preparation.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

We take a raspberry and put it into the blender, if there is no blender, no problem, we take an ordinary potato masher.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

    Grind raspberries into puree.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

    Add alcohol and mix.

  5. STEP 5

Pour the resulting mixture into a clean, dry bottle and forget about it for 10 days. The bottle and contents should be stored in a cool, dark place.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

After 10 days, take sugar and water and cook syrup. Bring the mixture to a boil, stir vigorously at the beginning of cooking so that the sugar is completely dissolved, and cook the syrup for 5 minutes. Afterwards, let it cool completely.

  7. STEP 7

    STEP 7

Add the juice of half or all lemon to the cooled syrup, depending on your taste. And add it to the bottle with alcohol and raspberries. And again we send the bottle to a dark, cool place for 16 days, every day we take out the bottle and give it a little shake.

  8. STEP 8

After 16 days we get our liquor.

Everything is very simple with minimal cost and effort. It’s a pity that I didn’t find this recipe earlier, when the raspberries are ripe, I could try the “taste of summer” for the New Year. The color is very beautiful and the aroma is probably also unusual. Several questions immediately arose. Is it possible to make this liqueur with other berries, for example, cherries or currants? And how much liqueur is produced from the quantity of berries given in the recipe? Thanks for the recipe, I was still looking for something that could be made from berries, like wine.

Hello IRIS. I have only prepared this liqueur with fresh raspberries, so it’s difficult to answer. But I would probably try it, but I think it would be necessary to reduce the amount of sugar in the syrup a little so that it doesn’t turn out cloying.

Hello Irisha. Then I think there will be no need to infuse it with vodka, you can immediately add sugar syrup to the alcohol with raspberries and infuse it. We have no problems with alcohol, it is freely available on the market, even the highest quality of which produces the most expensive vodka in our region, the problem is different - where to use it.

I would like to note that our alcohol is cheap. About 0.5 liters - 600-700 Russian rubles

I do the same thing, only without the lemon. The result is an incomparable drink. The main thing is to choose fragrant raspberries
