STEP 1

How to make radish salad with egg, cucumber and green onions? To prepare the salad, first of all, you need to boil the eggs. To do this, place the eggs in a small ladle and cover with cold water. Place them on the fire and bring to a boil. Cook them in boiling water for 5-7 minutes. Then drain the water and fill them with cold water so that they cool faster. Peel the cooled eggs, cut them and place them in a bowl for preparing the salad.
STEP 2

Rinse radishes and cucumbers well in running water to remove dirt. Blot excess moisture from them. Cut off the tails of the vegetables.
STEP 3

Cut the cucumber into 4 pieces lengthwise and then chop. Add the chopped cucumber to the bowl with the eggs.
STEP 4

Cut the radishes into the same thin quarters. Add it to the salad as well.
STEP 5

Wash the onions and dill. Chop the greens and add to the salad.
STEP 6

Season the salad with a small amount of sour cream and sprinkle a little salt to taste. Stir the salad and place in a salad bowl. Before serving, cool the finished salad a little in the refrigerator. Serve it in addition to any meat dishes, for lunch or dinner. Bon appetit!
