Really tasty rabbit spotted in the sleeve for this recipe, it really turned out very tasty. Thank you! I found on the site another successful recipe for baked rabbit with potatoes in a sleeveless pan. I also cook it with sour cream or mayonnaise.

I was treated to a rabbit carcass, so I decided to cook it right away. I chose a recipe for rabbit in the oven in a baking sleeve with potatoes. It’s convenient, meat and side dish in one dish. I didn’t use the whole rabbit, I put the legs in the freezer, and cut the carcass into portions. It is best to soak rabbit meat in cold water for several hours. But I didn’t have time for that, so I kept it in water for an hour, and then dried it and marinated it. I didn’t have adjika on hand, so I replaced it with kebab ketchup, to which I added chopped garlic and a little red pepper. Fresh garlic, it seems to me, gives even more flavor). The meat was marinated for a little over three hours in the refrigerator. I cut the potatoes and carrots with a curly knife into fairly large pieces. The rabbit bakes for a long time and during this time the potatoes should remain intact. Mixed vegetables with vegetable oil, paprika and all-purpose seasoning. I baked all this beauty for almost two hours at 190°C. I didn’t cut the sleeve, the pieces of meat were already browned. The rabbit with vegetables turned out very tasty! The meat was perfectly soaked in the marinade, and the potatoes were soaked in spices and meat juice. The rabbit turned out soft, but this also depends on the age of the animal. The potatoes remained in whole pieces, and so did the carrots. A wonderful hearty dish!

Amazing, tender and incredibly healthy rabbit meat! As you know, rabbits are not only valuable fur... And when I came across a rabbit carcass at the market, I was incredibly happy. There was a holiday coming up, a meeting of guests, and I wanted to cook something elegant and festive! I made a rabbit in a sleeve for baking in the oven in sour cream and potatoes. It worked. Thanks for the recipe!

Tasty, healthy, aromatic. For any holiday. A rabbit with potatoes in a sleeve in the oven turns out tender and juicy. It decorated our festive table and surprised the guests with its rich taste. This dish can be served with any light vegetable salads, as well as spicy seasonings. True, I made changes and put the potatoes not in a sleeve, not in a sleeve as in the recipe, but simply next to them on a baking sheet so that they looked baked.
