I always make apple charlotte from this sponge cake. But today I tried it with a roll. I used a prefabricated cream (sour cream, sugar, poppy seeds, apricot jam with mango). The result was excellent! Thanks for the idea! It really came out faster with a roll. thanks for the good recipe.
