  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

How to bake a quick pizza in the oven without yeast and water? Prepare all ingredients for making pizza. Flour is of the highest grade so that the finished baked goods turn out snow-white. Use purified, bottled, spring or tap water. You can use any filling at your discretion. Choose high-quality hard cheese so that it melts well during heat treatment.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

Start by preparing the dough. Sift the flour into a deep bowl to remove any remaining specks and saturate it with oxygen. Add salt, sugar, baking powder. Stir until evenly distributed.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

Make a well in the center of the flour mixture. Beat in the egg. Stir it with a spoon until smooth.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

Pour in water. Mix together with the egg and a little flour.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

Add olive oil. It can be replaced with another odorless vegetable oil. Mix all the ingredients together until the dry mass becomes moist. Remember that it may take you more or less flour than mine.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

Knead a little with your hands, greasing them with a little oil, as the dough is sticky. Cover with a towel and leave on the kitchen counter for 30 minutes.

  7. STEP 7

    STEP 7

After proofing, dust the mat with a small amount of flour. Lay out the dough and punch it down. The weight of the finished dough is 680 g. As a result, you will get 4 thin pizzas with a diameter of 28-30 cm.

  8. STEP 8

    STEP 8

Divide it into 4 pieces. Press each piece into a soft ball again.

  9. STEP 9

    STEP 9

Now work with each slice in turn if you want to make 4 pizzas. While you roll out the first piece, cover the rest with a towel so that the dough does not dry out. Roll out into a thin layer along the diameter of the mold. Place in a mold or on a baking sheet. If you are not sure about the quality of your dishes, cover them with parchment or grease them with vegetable oil.

  10. STEP 10

    STEP 10

Brush with tomato sauce. You can use ketchup or tomato paste. The amount of filling is for 1 pizza.

  11. STEP 11

    STEP 11

Cut the sausage into thin slices. Distribute randomly over a layer of tomato sauce.

  12. STEP 12

    STEP 12

Rinse the tomatoes and dry with a napkin. Cut into thin rings. Place on sausage. If necessary, you can add a little salt and pepper.

  13. STEP 13

    STEP 13

Sprinkle with grated hard cheese. Cheese can be chopped using any grater. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Send to bake for 25-30 minutes. Determine the exact baking time and temperature based on your oven.

  14. STEP 14

    STEP 14

Quick pizza in the oven without yeast and water is ready.

  15. STEP 15

    STEP 15

    Bon appetit!

I made a wonderful quick pizza in the oven without yeast and water using this recipe! The household “swept” her off the table right there. And if earlier, when I prepared homemade pizza, everyone paid attention to the filling, then this time they praised the dough. Indeed, kneading the dough went without any unnecessary culinary “troubles,” and the ingredients for it were the simplest. After baking, the pizza base from this dough came out with a pleasant structure, soft, and just melted in your mouth... mm! I didn’t play tricks with the filling, I also used sausage, tomatoes, cheese and added my own... peas from a can. Yes, yes, I just threw a few canned peas on the pizza... Usually I always add sliced pickled cucumbers to the filling, but this time I decided to conduct a gastronomic experiment. In principle, this did not affect the taste in any way. In general, the recipe is a solid “5”. And I’ll go and make something else out of the leftover dough.

Right in the morning, my daughter asked me to urgently prepare pizza) Well, what can you do, especially since I won’t refuse pizza either) The longest thing is to wait 30 minutes for the dough to rest. Everything else is done instantly. I didn’t divide the dough, I rolled it out onto the entire baking sheet at once. I added another spoonful of sour cream to the tomato sauce, I think it turns out juicier. The sausage was boiled in the refrigerator, so I chopped it finely and distributed it over the dough. And of course tomatoes with cheese) The pizza turned out amazing! The dough is thin and at the same time very tasty, not bland, and baked quickly. The filling is juicy, aromatic, the tomatoes have time to bake. Great option for quick pizza. Thanks for the recipe!

Thank you very much for a good, and most importantly, easy recipe! I was able to make it myself, I’m 13 years old)) It turned out delicious and satisfying! True, I did it a little differently: I divided the dough into two pieces, instead of four, due to the lack of smoked sausage, I used a regular baby sausage. It turned out sooooo tasty and aromatic (albeit a little crooked))! Unfortunately, it was not possible to add photos (Once again, many thanks to the author!)
