STEP 1

How to make pies in a hurry? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. Pies can be cooked with water or milk. Sift the flour through a sieve in advance to saturate it with oxygen.
STEP 2

Heat the water until warm, approximately 35-38 degrees. In hotter water the yeast may die, but in cold water it will work slowly. Add yeast, salt and sugar to warm water. Stir until the yeast begins to dissolve.
STEP 3

Then pour vegetable oil into the bowl and begin to gradually add flour. Do not add all the flour at once. You may need a little more or less than what is indicated in the recipe. Focus on the consistency of the dough.
STEP 4

The finished dough is soft and does not stick to your hands.
STEP 5

Cut the dough into 10-15 pieces and make pies with any filling. I make pies filled with mashed potatoes.
STEP 6

STEP 7

Brush all pies with egg yolk. If the filling in the pies is unsweetened, like mine, then you can sprinkle sesame seeds on top of the pies. Place the pies in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, for 25-30 minutes. Be guided by your oven. The finished pies will become an appetizing golden color and will increase slightly in size.
