Be sure to try them first to see if they are bitter - such cucumbers will remain bitter.

We haven’t been to the dacha for a week and here we are - I collected overgrown cucumbers in the greenhouse. What to do, I decided to prepare them according to the recipe for quick pickled cucumbers in a bag. I weighed the cucumbers, they turned out to be a little more than a kilogram, cut them crosswise into fairly large pieces, and put them in a bag. Added a tablespoon of salt and dill to the cucumbers. I peeled and chopped two more cloves of garlic, which makes the cucumbers aromatic and appetizing, and put the garlic in a bag with the cucumbers. Having tied the bag, I shook it several times so that the salt was distributed as evenly as possible. After that, I put the cucumbers in a deep bowl, added vegetable oil and a teaspoon of vinegar essence (instead of vinegar). I covered the cucumbers with a lid and put them in the refrigerator to marinate. I did all this in the middle of the day, and in the evening at dinner I tried the cucumbers, they were already ready. I had enough salt, the cucumbers turned out lightly salted, remained just as crispy, and thanks to the filling they acquired a piquant sourness. It turned out very tasty! I washed the cucumbers well, dried them, and cut off the ends. I had different cucumbers, small and large, and even a little crooked, and so I cut them. I put the sliced ​​cucumbers in a plastic bag, but decided to play it safe and made two, one bag inside the other, in case it suddenly burst. I cut the garlic into thin rings, put the garlic in a bag with the cucumbers, and added chopped dill to the bag as well. I added salt and sugar to the cucumbers, vegetable oil, unfortunately I didn’t have table vinegar at home, and it was pouring so much outside that I decided to replace it with apple vinegar. I really hope I don’t spoil the cucumbers. I added salt to my taste, wrapped the bag and vigorously shook it, moving the cucumbers with my hands so that all the ingredients were mixed well. I tied it up and put it in the refrigerator. In half an hour, the pickled cucumbers are ready! My family really loves lightly salted cucumbers, but when I wanted to open another jar, there were no cucumbers. A recipe for quick pickled cucumbers in a bag came to the rescue. I bought cucumbers and dill. I washed everything, cut the cucumbers into 4 parts, finely chopped the dill. I put the cucumbers in a bag and added dill. I cut the garlic into rings and added it to the cucumbers. I poured in vegetable oil and vinegar, added salt and sugar. She closed the bag and mixed everything thoroughly. Placed it in the refrigerator for 10 minutes. We didn’t wait long and the cucumbers had already given a little juice and were saturated with the aroma of garlic. Tasty and fast! The recipe is not new. But I have never tried marinating with the addition of vinegar and vegetable oil. Everything strictly according to the recipe. However, I added slices of garlic and, for testing, one tomato. Also cut into four parts. It turned out very tasty and incredibly aromatic. And how delicious tomato.
