STEP 1

First, prepare the saline solution. To do this, take a jar or a liter mug. Pour in 0.5 unboiled water (can be from the tap or filtered at room temperature). Stir 3 tbsp in it. salt, full. Check the solution for strength. To do this, take a well-washed raw chicken egg and dip it into the solution. The egg should float to the surface and protrude above the surface of the water in a round shape d1.5 cm. If the egg tilts to the side, add water until it is completely level.
STEP 3
The fish must first be slightly defrosted. Not completely defrosted mackerel is cut into more beautiful, even pieces. Fill the fish with saline solution. Cover with a lid and leave at room temperature for exactly 2 hours.

After the specified time has passed, drain the water. Peel and cut the onion into half rings.
STEP 6
We take any suitable container, at the bottom of which we put a little chopped onion. Place a layer of fish on it, and again onion on top. Water with 1 tbsp. vegetable oil and 1 tbsp. vinegar. You can use less vinegar, just sprinkle it on. Add a second layer of fish, onion, oil and vinegar.
STEP 7
Close the lid and put it in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
STEP 8
In an hour the fish is ready.
