STEP 1

First, prepare the saline solution. To do this, take a jar or a liter mug. Pour in 0.5 unboiled water (can be from the tap or filtered at room temperature). Stir 3 tbsp in it. salt, full. STEP 3

We take any suitable container, at the bottom of which we put a little chopped onion. Place a layer of fish on it, and again onion on top. Water with 1 tbsp. vegetable oil and 1 tbsp. vinegar. You can use less vinegar, just sprinkle it on. Add a second layer of fish, onion, oil and vinegar.
STEP 7

Close the lid and put it in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
STEP 8

In an hour the fish is ready.
