It’s only the middle of summer, and I’ve already pickled zucchini in different ways. But I haven’t filled it with brine yet. I couldn’t pass up this recipe) I took three zucchini at once, cut them in half and cut them into slices using a vegetable peeler. From the spices I took garlic, allspice, bay leaf, cloves, coriander and added a little barberry of my own. I don't like cumin, so I didn't add it. The marinade turns out to be the same as what I cook for cucumbers) The zucchini was marinated at room temperature for about 5 hours, because it is very hot in the kitchen. The very next day we enjoyed eating quick lightly salted zucchini! They are so crispy, hearty, spicy! They really do look a little like cucumbers. It’s simply impossible to tear yourself away from them) It’s very tasty and aromatic. I advise everyone to try it!

To be honest, the recipe exceeded my expectations. I have always made lightly salted cucumbers, but I had never even heard of zucchini. Since I like to experiment in the kitchen, I decided to make zucchini according to this recipe. I made it yesterday evening. Today we were already devouring it in full swing on both cheeks all members of my family. Firstly, it’s very tasty, and secondly, this is the first time we’ve eaten this!
