Step-by-step preparation
Cooking time: 1 hr
STEP 1
Beat sugar and eggs until foamy (about 1 minute)
STEP 2
Add kefir and soda. Whisk.
STEP 3
Pour in vegetable oil and continue whisking.
STEP 4
Add flour. Beat everything until smooth
STEP 5
Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil and fill with dough. Place in a slow cooker for 55 minutes at 160 degrees, and in the oven for 45 minutes at 180 degrees.
STEP 6
When the pie is ready, cool it.
STEP 7
Prepare the glaze. To do this, mix chocolate, sugar, sour cream and butter. Place on low heat and stir constantly. The glaze should simmer for 1-2 minutes. Cool it down.
STEP 8
Spread frosting on cake.
